Jun-30-10 World Exposition 2010 Shanghai - AP Sensing's DTS
AP Sensing with a partner provided its leading Distributed Temperature Sensing DTS system “Linear Power Series” to monitor and secure the first 500kV power cables in Shanghai installed in a power cable tunnel over a distance of 20km. This power cables are supplying the electric power to World Expo 2010 in Shanghai.
May-26-10 Milestone: Eurotunnel Chooses AP Sensing’s Fire Monitoring Technology for SAFE Stations
A new safety standard has been achieved in rail tunnels. Eurotunnel – the operator of the channel tunnel – decided to significantly improve the safety of passengers by creating fire fighting stations equipped with fixed, fire suppression systems. Eurotunnel chose AP Sensing’s Linear Heat Series as the fire monitoring system to activate and control the suppression system.
