Distributed Temperature Sensing in industrial applications

If you strive for increased productivity or safety in a variety of application areas, you can gain insight into your processes by using an optical fiber as a sensing element. The fiber is the only sensing solution that leaves no area unmonitored and is intrinsically safe (EMI).

Imagine thousands of detection points and you just install a simple cable. DTS technology - fire detection, leakage detection, process optimization

The fiber optic DTS technology is used in a broad range of applications. Often the user is not even interested in the temperature as such, but uses it as key indicator to detect fires, leakages or to understand and optimize production processes.
