- 1939 Hewlett-Packard (HP) comenzó como empresa de ensayo y mediciones en un garaje en Palo Alto, CA.
- 1959 HP instala su primera planta de producción fuera de los EE.UU. en Boeblingen, Alemania.
- 1º de noviembre de 1999 HP traspasa su rama de mediciones a una compañía independiente – Agilent Technologies.
- 1º de noviembre de 2007 la rama de medición por fibra óptica de Agilent’s en Boeblingen, Alemania comenzó un nuevo modelo de negocio apoyado en AP Sensing como compañía dedicada y enfocada.

Apr-22-13 Christmas Donation Supports Dental Care in Haitian Orphanage
At Christmastime 2012, AP Sensing made a donation to the Haitian humanitarian charity "pwojè men contre", which means "cooperation" in Creole, the Haitian native language. With the help of our donation, a team of dentists traveled to Beaumont and, under extreme conditions, delivered professional dental treatment to all of the orphans and most of the school children...
