Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for order processing from order receipt to delivery and invoicing.
  • You check orders and prepare the order confirmation.
  • You are the interface to production, project management, logistics service providers and take care of dispatch processing including worldwide export.
  • You coordinate the shipping date and shipping method with our international customers and partners and create the necessary documents.
  • You will also communicate directly with our global sales team and customers in English.

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training (industrial clerk, export clerk or comparable training).
  • As an export expert, you are familiar with the requirements for customs documents and have experience in processing letters of credit.
  • You have a co-operative, engaging communication style and very good English language skills.
  • You have experience with an ERP system and are familiar with MS Office - especially Excel.
