We are seeking a motivated professional to join our global team as a Marketing Communication & Event Specialist located at our headquarters in Böblingen. We are looking to fill this position at the earliest possible date.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan and organize events such as tradeshows, conferences and webinars
- Promote and support the company-wide implementation of the brand identity and corporate design guidelines
- Manage and organize marketing materials (printed materials, trade show materials, giveaways, employee and work apparel, etc.)
- Develope compelling content - text, photos, graphics, and videos - for our marketing materials (e.g., case studies, brochures, flyers, banners), website, and social media
- Assist in the acquisition and systematic development of qualified leads through targeted marketing measures (lead generation and lead nurturing)
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Marketing Communications, or Digital Marketing
- Excellent communication skills, with strong written and spoken German (ideally C2) and English (minimum C1)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, design software (preferably Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
- Ideally 2–3 years of proven experience in marketing communications and marketing automation, preferably in an international B2B environment
- Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
