Following the devastating earthquakes that struck central Myanmar in late March, AP Sensing has donated to the humanitarian agency CARE to support emergency relief efforts in the region.
Providing Emergency Aid
With magnitudes of 7.7 and 6.4, the quakes caused widespread destruction and loss of life. Over 10 million people have been affected, with thousands injured and at least 1,700 lives lost—a toll that continues to rise.
CARE, active in Myanmar for more than 30 years, responded swiftly through its local network and 20 partner organizations. Their teams are providing vital support, including clean water, food, medical care, emergency cash assistance, and protection for vulnerable groups, especially women and girls. A new coordination office has also been set up to accelerate relief efforts.

This contribution reflects AP Sensing’s commitment to humanitarian support during times of crisis. While we recognize the complexities of operating in politically sensitive regions, we trust CARE’s transparent, locally grounded approach. The organization’s transparency certification reinforces our confidence in their ability to deliver aid where it’s needed most.
