Our Distributed Temperature Sensing (DTS) offers continuous temperature monitoring along the entire fiber optic cable, e.g. along cable ducts. This enables heat/fire detection and location within cable ducts and cable trays, and inside train and metro stations. Systems are completely certified for fire detection (VdS, UL, FM, IECEx, SIL).
AP Sensing's SmartVision™ management suite shows the location, velocity and direction of trains and the condition of your assets at a glance, controlled by an easy-to-use graphical interface. Delhi Metro February 2020
AP Sensing's Linear Heat Detection (LHD) solution is in use for monitoring the Delhi Metro, commissioned by our local partner TechFAB in 2018. The system is in use to monitor hot spots, tunnel temperatures and the ventilation system. 13 Distributed Temperature Sensing (DTS) devices are in use to cover 10 underground metro stations and an airport.
